Five levels make up our VIP Members Club at Crusado Casino, and you progress mainly through the amount you deposit rather than through points per bet. The withdrawal limit is the benefit that changes your account most, doubling at level 4 and tripling at level 5, while cashback starts at level 3. We review your level over the last 90 days, so it can move down as well as up.

Cashback for levels 3 to 5
We credit casino cashback every Monday at 5%, 10% and 15% of the week's losses, capped at €1,000, €2,000 and €3,000, with wagering of 5, 3 and 1 times and a minimum credit of €5. Live casino, sports and virtual sports are excluded, the transfer is capped at ten times the cashback, and we renew your opt-in every four weeks while you stay active.
How we set your level
We calculate the level that applies to your withdrawal limits from the 90 calendar days before your request and from the ratio of deposits to withdrawals and bonuses received. A heavy month followed by a quiet quarter can lower your level when the window moves on. Larger stakes played to climb faster add expected losses that the extra cashback rarely covers.
